Lion Rock Technology Limited was founded in Kowloon by engineers who kept watching projects fail in the gap between agencies: a design shop here, a dev house there, an infrastructure vendor somewhere else — and nobody accountable for the whole. We built the company to close that gap. Design, development, cloud and support sit in one office and answer to one project lead, so when something goes wrong there is exactly one phone number to call.
I started Lion Rock because I kept watching good projects die in the hand-offs between vendors. Closing that gap is still my day job: I scope most engagements myself, and every message sent through this site lands in my own inbox — not a shared queue.
