Lion Rock Technology Limited was founded in Kowloon by engineers who kept watching projects fail in the gap between agencies: a design shop here, a dev house there, an infrastructure vendor somewhere else — and nobody accountable for the whole. We built the company to close that gap. Design, development, cloud and support sit in one office and answer to one project lead, so when something goes wrong there is exactly one phone number to call.

Every engagement starts with a written quotation: deliverables, price, timeline. Changes are quoted before they are built, never invoiced after.

Demos every two weeks. If a project is going sideways you will know in week two, not month six.

We maintain what we build. Most of our team's week is spent on systems that went live years ago — that longevity is the product.
