Web Accessibility Conformance Statement
This statement describes how accessible the Lion Rock Technology Limited website is, what we have already done, what we know is still missing, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

Our commitment to accessibility
Lion Rock Technology Limited is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, screen magnification, speech input, or with adjusted colours and text sizes.
We treat accessibility as part of building software, not as a check at the end. The same standard applies to the systems we build for clients: if something on this site fails for you, it tells us something about how we work, and we want to hear it.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Our target for this website is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We state this deliberately rather than claiming full conformance. No formal accessibility audit has been carried out on this website, and no third party has evaluated it. Until that has happened, we cannot honestly claim more than partial conformance, and we would rather under-claim than mislead you.
Measures taken so far
The table below lists what has been built into this website and, honestly, how confident we are about each item. “In place” means the measure is implemented site-wide. “In progress” means it is partly done. “[To be verified]” means we have designed for it but have not yet measured or tested it.

Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content on this website is not yet fully accessible. Below is what we currently know about. If you meet a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — the list is incomplete by definition.
- No formal audit or assistive-technology testing. This website has not been audited by a third party and has not yet been tested end to end with screen readers, magnifiers or speech-input software. Issues that only surface in real assistive technology may therefore still exist.
- Third-party embedded content. Where a page loads content or scripts we do not author — for example web fonts or any embedded media or maps added in future — we do not control its accessibility and cannot guarantee it meets Level AA.
- Documents and downloads. Any PDF or office document offered for download may not be tagged for accessibility. If you need one in an accessible format, ask us and we will supply an alternative.
- Colour contrast not yet measured. Our colour palette was designed against the Level AA ratios, but the full set of text and interface combinations has not yet been measured with a contrast tool.
- Bilingual content. Translated pages are checked by a person, but a Chinese page may occasionally lag behind an English update, and mixed-language passages may not always be marked up with the correct language for a screen reader.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
This website is built to work with the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, used together with the assistive technology available on those platforms — including screen readers, screen magnification, browser zoom, and operating-system text-size and contrast settings.
That is a design target, not a tested result: we have not yet completed testing with specific screen readers, so we do not claim compatibility with any named product. The site may not work as intended in browsers older than the two most recent major versions.

JavaScript is used for the navigation menu, the language switcher and the contact forms. Page content is present in the HTML, but some interactive features will not work if JavaScript is unavailable.
Assessment approach
Lion Rock Technology Limited assessed the accessibility of this website by self-evaluation: the people who built the site reviewed it against WCAG 2.1 Level AA using manual keyboard checks, inspection of the markup, and automated browser tooling.
No external organisation has evaluated this website and no formal evaluation report exists. If an independent audit is carried out in future, we will update this statement and say who performed it and when.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can make a formal complaint by email to jason@lionrocktechnology.com.hk with “Accessibility complaint” in the subject line. We will acknowledge a complaint within five business days and propose a remedy, with a date, within ten business days.

We review this statement periodically — at least once a year, and whenever the website changes substantially — so that it keeps matching what the site actually does.
