The challenge. Independent professionals lose an evening a week to admin — chasing payments, retyping receipts, rebuilding a calendar that lives in three places. Software exists for each piece, but nobody wants to run five apps to teach a piano lesson.
What we built. An AI-powered client-management platform where the whole back office answers to plain language. The owner just says what happened — “Anna paid $600 by FPS for Tuesday's session” — and the books, calendar and invoices update themselves. It scales from one person on a phone to a multi-staff team on roster and payroll, with per-role access and an audit log on every sensitive action.
- Conversational AI assistant — log payments, book clients and query revenue in plain language, in the app, on mobile or over WhatsApp — and external AI tools can drive the same workspace over MCP
- AI receipt scanning — snap a photo and the AI extracts merchant, receipt number, line items and amount straight into the expense ledger

- Full money picture — FPS, PayMe, Stripe card and cash payments, invoicing in 25 currencies, refunds and real-time revenue analytics
- Roster and payroll for teams — weekly shift patterns, AI-assisted roster generation, and staff payouts calculated from rostered hours
